Perfect! It greatly improves the workflow in coffee/tea preparation. It maintains the temperature very efficiently! Easy to operate and clean with excellent workmanship. I think this kettle is currently the best value-for-money choice. It's really worth it.

There was a problem with the printing of the label, and the house number did not appear in full, so I had to pick it up at the agency. Other than that, the kettle is fantastic. I recommend it.

The kettle is beautiful and has a good finish. The delivery was fast and everything arrived intact. It worked perfectly, I've used it a few times already and everything was just right. The water flow for pouring coffee is very good, making it easy to control the flow. I really liked it for my use. 600ml kettle and I chose the EU 220V plug. Just one additional point: the store's customer service for resolving a wrong order was horrible. A simple exchange that could have taken 10 days took 40 days because the only option was a refund to use the bonus on a new purchase. My first order was mistakenly placed for 110V. It's worth buying for those who want to use it with the V60 method.

The US plug kettle is 110V, so be careful when purchasing. Other than that, the kettle is wonderful.

Excellent for Pour over, with good control for pouring

Very good kettle, heats water very quickly and with great precision, makes it perfect for making coffee and tea.

Really nice kettle. It has a nice weight, even the lid feels solid. Huge improvement on my previous setup where i was pouring the water from my v neck electric kettle to my goose neck non electric kettle to do pour over. It heats up fast. You have an indicator for how hot the water is as it heats up. A nice knob for setting the temperature. I also think that it is insulated so it keeps the water hot for longer, which is great when making coffee that the water stays the same temperature throughout the whole process. I have only used it once but i feel very happy about the purchase. I didn't have any issues with the shipping or need to communicate with the store so can't comment on those things. I have given 5 stars for everything, but you can't really judge customer service until something goes wrong and how they react to remedy the problem. I would only take this as a review of the product.

This is a product made of excellent materials. This is already the fifth item I've purchased from the MHW-3 Bomber brand, and once again, the standard of excellence remains consistent. At the maximum water level, the kettle heats up in about 3 minutes, which I consider extremely fast. The gooseneck spout is a standout feature in its own right: refined, precise, and with excellent flow control, allowing for a smooth and even pour — ideal for pour-over coffee methods. The product arrived very well packaged, in a reinforced box with adequate protections for transportation, demonstrating care from the moment of shipment. It is not a cheap item, it is true, but the quality delivery and performance justify the investment. Highly recommend for coffee enthusiasts who value precision, speed, and durability in their equipment. An excellent acquisition!

Excellent product. Arrived before the deadline and without any issues here in Brazil. I recommend paying attention to the plug only, as it does not fit the new standard of Brazilian outlets.

Excellent product. I bought it to speed up the preparation of coados, and it heats up quickly. The white model is very elegant and matched well with the humble setup. I purchased the model with an American plug standard because there is no Brazilian plug version available, requiring the use of an adapter. It's a shame that the manual only comes in Chinese and English, considering the brand has stock in Brazil.

I found it great! The delivery was in a decent time. The temperature control works, and it heats the water quickly. It's definitely the most cost-effective electric kettle of this style on the market! Controlling the water flow with it is quite easy. So far, I haven't had any problems.

Looks good and has good quality materials. my only issue is that the 127v version is 900w and takes a little to heat up. other than that is a great product

This kettle will become much more expensive in the future. I have been a barista for 4 years and I am investing in quality equipment. Honestly, there are several electric kettles with more features in the system than this one, but this is the kettle that best fulfills its function. It's robust, beautiful, fast, and most importantly, has extremely precise flow. If I had the money, I would buy 3 more.

The kettle is very good, it has a 95-degree limiter when you activate the keep-warm mode, but nothing that bothers you. I bought it for 550 reais, the finish is excellent.
